Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
EZY Studios is a trading name of CanvasCraft LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy covers this website, our Discord Activities, our Steam titles, and our Epic Games Store titles (currently Tower Craft). It is organised around four questions: what we collect and how, how we use it, who it is shared with, and how long we keep it.
The short version: we collect the minimum needed to make a multiplayer game work, we never sell it, we run no advertising or tracking SDKs, and you can have your record deleted by sending one email.
1. What data we collect, and how it is captured
This website
These pages are static files. They set no cookies, run no analytics, and load no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. Our web host records standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser user-agent) for security and troubleshooting. We do not combine those logs with any game account.
Discord Activities
This covers every game we run inside the Discord client: Deepvein, Paper Jam, Snatch!, AFK Acres, Wing It, Dragontail, Ramen and Ramen Shop Simulator. When you launch one, Discord asks your permission and then passes us a limited profile: your Discord user ID, your display name, and your avatar image — that is the entire capture mechanism. We do not receive your email address, your password, your friends list, or your real name, and we never have access to the messages, voice audio, video, or screen share in the channel you are playing from. As you play we additionally record the gameplay data listed in the table below.
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Discord user ID and display name | To identify your save between sessions and show you on rosters and leaderboards |
| Game progress and statistics — scores, wins, games played, farm state, ranks and internal skill rating | Progression, leaderboards and fair matchmaking |
| Cosmetic items and other entitlements you own | So a purchase you made still applies next time you play |
| First-seen and last-seen timestamps | To understand whether players return, and to retire abandoned records |
Some Activities (for example Ramen Shop Simulator) keep progress only on your own device, in the browser’s local storage; in that case nothing is captured by us at all.
Steam titles
Ravenwood Drive, Clingy and Blood Moon are sold and delivered by Valve Corporation through Steam under Valve’s privacy policy. Achievements, leaderboards and cloud saves live in your Steam account. We ourselves capture nothing about you from these titles; we see only the aggregated, non-identifying sales and engagement figures Steamworks reports to any developer.
Epic Games Store titles (Tower Craft)
Tower Craft is sold and delivered by Epic Games, Inc. through the Epic Games Store under Epic’s privacy policy; we never see your email address, password or payment details. The game uses Epic Online Services (EOS). The capture mechanism is your Epic sign-in: when you launch the game from the Epic Games Launcher, EOS passes it
- your Epic Account ID and Product User ID, plus your display name and language;
- your online status;
- your friends list and blocked players, shown only inside Epic’s own invite overlay.
As you play, EOS records your achievements, statistics and leaderboard entries (deepest wave, maps cleared, versus wins). Your campaign progress and settings are saved locally on your own computer and are not uploaded to us or to Epic. Nothing else is collected: the game contains no advertising or analytics SDK, and it does not read your files, your microphone or your screen.
2. How we use data
We use the data above only to run the games:
- Identity (Discord user ID, Epic Account ID / Product User ID, display names) — to attach your save, purchases, achievements and leaderboard entries to you, and to seat you and your friends in the same lobby or match.
- Gameplay records (scores, progress, stats, skill rating) — progression, leaderboards and fair matchmaking.
- Entitlements — so items you bought still apply next time.
- Presence and friends (Epic) — so friends can see you are playing and invite you to co-op or versus from Epic’s overlay.
- Match traffic — during a co-op or versus match your build and upgrade commands are sent to the other players in that match so every machine simulates an identical board. This is gameplay traffic only: no chat, voice, video or screen content is transmitted or recorded.
- Server access logs (website) — security and troubleshooting.
- Messages you send us — to reply, and to track the bug or request. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a bug report.
And what we never use it for: we do not sell, rent or trade personal data; we serve no advertising and embed no advertising or analytics SDKs; we do not build marketing profiles or share data with data brokers.
3. How data is shared
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the games, acting on our instructions: Discord Inc. (identity, delivery and payments for Activities), Valve Corporation (delivery and payments for Steam titles), Epic Games, Inc. (identity, online services, delivery and payments for Epic Games Store titles — your EOS data is held by Epic on our behalf), and Fly.io (server and database hosting for the Discord Activities). Payments are processed entirely by Discord, Valve or Epic: we never see or store your card number, billing address, or any other payment detail.
Some data is visible to other players in the ordinary ways a multiplayer game makes it visible: your display name and score on a leaderboard, your name and presence to people in a lobby you joined. We may also disclose data if we are legally required to. There is no other sharing of any kind.
4. How long data is retained, and how to delete it
- Discord Activity records (identity, progress, entitlements) — kept until you ask us to delete them, or until we retire the game. They are stored in our application database on servers operated by Fly.io.
- EOS records for Tower Craft (achievements, stats, leaderboard entries) — kept for as long as you own the game, so your progress is there when you come back; deleted on request.
- Live match and lobby data — transient. It exists only in memory while a room or match is running and is destroyed when it closes.
- Local saves (Tower Craft campaign progress and settings; browser-stored Activity saves) — live on your own device and never reach us; uninstalling or clearing browser data removes them.
- Website access logs — rotated by our host on its standard short cycle; not combined with game accounts.
- Emails and Discord posts you send us — kept while we handle and track the request.
To delete your data: email us (address below) and say which game and which display name. Deletion is permanent and takes progression, leaderboard entries and cosmetic items with it. We action requests within 30 days.
5. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the record we hold for you, correct it, or delete it outright. Depending on where you live — for example California, the UK, or the EU — you may have additional statutory rights over your data. We honour these requests regardless of where you live, so you do not need to establish which law applies before asking.
You can also revoke our access at any time from Discord’s User Settings → Authorized Apps, and manage what Tower Craft may access from your Epic account’s Account Settings → Apps and Accounts. Either stops any further data reaching us from that platform.
6. Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Discord, Steam and Epic all require account holders to be at least 13 (older in some countries). If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be announced in our community Discord.
